The International Art Quilt Challenge

It is my sewing chair. It was in my Dad's office for years and years and yet it seems like new as far as its condition. They don't make 'em like this anymore.
This is the problem with this challenge. Everytime I focus on a special chair I am off on a nostalgia trip instead of figuring out what to do. It just occurred to me that I feel so emotionally attached to my chairs because we have such an intimate relationship. I don't allow just anyone to fondle my butt, you know.
I'm coming along on my chair piece. I am telling myself that if I'm not pleased with the results, I'll still have time to try something different. As I'm plodding along, I'm thinking about things I struggle with...
