What an appropriate theme from the land of some of the world's finest chocolate! I too feel an urge to research this closely and soon.

Research, Research, Research!!!!! I'll have to compare the cheap candy coming into my house tonight for Halloween (Sorry kids, I don't know where all your chocolate went) with the good stuff that I prefer.
I've already been to See's candy to check out some ideas
Chocolate? don't get me started - I am a chocoholic. One thing I won't give up for my diet. I like it dark and with less sugar - the 70% cacao kind.
