I guess if I can't meet all my 12 x 12's, I can at least meet their artwork friend . I was able to get down to Long Beach for a quick run thru before leaving for New York, and came upon this beauty made by my friend Deborah Boschert.
Yep. My quilt is over your left shoulder. That really in an interesting quilt in the photo though. My quilt is in the Tactile Architecture special exhibit and will be traveling various places throughout the next year. I'm glad you got to see it! I wish I could have been there. By the way, Kristin will have a quilt in Tactile Architecture 2009.
Oh boy, I am so sorry Deborah I had my husband photograph me in front of the wrong quilt. Deborahs is the one over my shoulder and it was terrific Check it out at this site http://www.quilts.com/lbqf09/enVivo/
Wow, that is stunning. Deborah, why have you hidden this from our view?
ReplyDeleteDeborah's quilt (Construction: Concrete & Stone) is the one on the left. You can see it all on Deborah's website. Congratulations Deborah!
ReplyDeleteI think you are right! It has to have purple and green to be Deborah - duh!
ReplyDeleteSo is the other one yours Karen? It's got great perspective. It's kind of fun playing 6 degrees of 12s.
